Hi! I’m Allie.
I found myself in the world of Functional Medicine while battling chronic, painful health issues and years (decades, really) of frustration with conventional medicine’s attempt to fix them. I was at a loss & spent years feeling incredibly defeated and hopeless in my health journey.
I worked with a functional nutritionist myself, who revealed a reality where everything in the body works together, food becomes medicine, mindset fosters healing, sleep becomes fundamental, and true healing happens.
I learned that my body came with a manual—I just had to learn how to read it.
I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 10 years, working as an Adaptive Ski Instructor for Challenge Aspen. I have a background in Special Education, and have been privileged to spend my career in that community, in both behavioral and recreational therapy roles. My soul lights up when I meet and connect with new people, and spend time adventuring here in the outdoors.
I feel sooooo passionate about squeezing every drop of joy out of this life, and believe that finding that joy starts within us. The world we live in overstimulates, overfeeds, overworks and overtires us. When we step away from all of that, we learn to find enoughness within ourselves.
That is why I am here - to guide you through the confusing and crowded nutrition and wellness space; so you can conquer your health concerns at the root, and find your way back to yourself. I had to take the long way around to find my most healthy & thriving self, but I’m here to show you the path straight through.
You deserve to know, understand & love your body & mind- let me help you get there.
